Collectif Vélos en Ville is a membership bike workshop (association), also with a well-developed media website, in Marseilles, France. It is a member of [http://www.heureux-cyclage.org L'Heureux-Cyclage], a network of 70 similar associations in France.

It expanded in Sept. 2011 to have one room for repairs, a community room, and a storage area/meeting space.  The workshop shows participants how to fix their own bikes and has tools (... un système d’entraide, pour apprendre à entretenir et réparer son vélo). Some training is also offered through specific sessions. Repaired bikes are sold.
