Bike!Bike! Everywhere! is packed with interesting workshops. If there are a lot of workshops compatible with your time zone and schedule all in a row, you should know it's ok to miss some events to look after your own needs. Here are some things that you might want to do besides go to Bike!Bike! workshops:
- Make new friends during B!B!E! and reach out to them
- Eat food. Beans! Greens! Fruits! Nuts! Seeds! And more!
- Go outside during the 10-minute breaks
- Get some sunshine and/or fresh air
- Look into the distance. It relaxes your eye muscles.

- Take a really long walk
- Go for a bike ride
- Pop a wheelie
- Remember to breathe
