Our mission is to provide bicycles to individuals who perform community service. At Wheels for Winners, we strive to:

-provide individuals an opportunity to earn bicycles while becoming responsible and active members of the community;

-provide bicycles for those who could not normally afford them based on completed or a commitment to community service to earn these bicycles;

-encourage greater community and family involvement in youth cycling;

-promote an increased awareness of safety among youth;
