This cycling co-operative, launched September 2002, services all members of the McMaster community and the surrounding area (Hamilton, Westdale and Dundas). The goal of MACycle Co-op is to promote cycling both as an alternative mode of transportation, and as a form of recreation. We are achieving this through the establishment of a not-for-profit workshop and bike repair courses, and the organization of special events to encourage cycling
Membership for McMaster Students is $5/year and $10/year for all other members. Consider that it costs around $10 to get one flat tire fixed at a bike shop. Get a membership, and you can blow as many tires as you want and will be happy to help.
