I was born on December 7, 1984 to Susan and Edward Cramp, Sr. I was raised on a farm in Oley, Pennsylvania.  I graduated high school in 2003, near the top of my class.  Following high school, I attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where I received a Bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics in 2007.  Following my college graduation, I moved to Rochester, New York to continue my studies.  In 2010, I received a Master’s degree in physics with a focus in plasma physics from the University of Rochester, ending my formal education.  Since then, I remained in Rochester.  I volunteer for and hold the title of Lead Mechanic at R Community Bikes, a community bike shop.  I have been predominantly a cycling commuter since 2008, and have gone without a car since 2012.  I am an engaged advocate for active transportation.
