Mission
Car-Free CAT is a non-profit organization dedicated to assist individuals with transportation that is healthy, environmentally responsible and socially sustaining.
Car-Free CAT advocates to local municipalities, promoting cycling that is safe, legal and effective.
Car-Free CAT serves to support bicycle education in the Lehigh Valley: certified instructors, police officers, public works officials and bike shops.
