Scope of work
Develop, present, execute, and evaluate marketing plan
Reach appropriate audiences with best media type

- 5 audience types already identified by the Collective
- Message concepts to be developed with Collective
- Marketing plan with media types, messaging, and budget
Set up media schedules
- Radio, billboards, TV
- Provide quotes with range of time/space
End-of-Year report on project
- Provide report of all completed media schedules
- Evaluate success of media type as ROI, audience response
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing strategy
2007 Schedule
March 19 Deadline for review of proposals
April 2 Project start date.
April 15 Message concepts developed and ready to implement Media schedules prepared and ready to execute
May 1 Advertising campaign begins for all media
November 4 End-of-Seasion meeting to review success
