the rim should be broken

store without cogs
store with an axle if possible
nicer ones (shimano 600, 105, or campagnolo) get stored in the retail area

earning

a hub can be earned with 5 hours
a hub can only be earned if the earner is aware that they will also need spokes and a hub

sales

a hub cannot be sold until it has been overhauled by a keyholder
a hub is a candidate for ebay sales if it is historically sold on ebay for more than $20
